In relation to the election of Elected Directors, in order to facilitate the efficient management and promotion of the Company, members are encouraged, where two candidates are equally qualified, to give preference to the equally qualified candidate residing in Hong Kong. Members are also encouraged, where two candidates are equally qualified, to give preference to the equally qualified candidate who has a medical background, in order to safeguard the identity of Medecins Sans Frontieres as a medical humanitarian organisation.
