The late David Foday was born on 28th August 1976 in Kenema, Sierra Leone.

He first joined MSF in 2004 on job training for 3 months.  After he completed the 3 months work attachment, David joined MSF as a truck turn boy (helper) when MSF was transferring the items from Kabala to Freetown.
