How to make our employee charter more explicit to address issues related to harassment and abuse?
Our Employee Charter clearly states that "MSF employees shall not tolerate any behavior that exploits the vulnerability of others, in the broadest sense (economic, social, etc.)".

Does everyone in the room understand this rule correctly?
MSF wants to continuously improve how we prevent, detect and manage harassment and abuse within our organization and several steps have already been taken.

Work/discussion sessions were held in subgroups with the members of our organisation on what they consider inappropriate behaviour, the consequences of such behaviour for the individual, for the team they work with and for the organisation, and what measures should be taken by the individual and the organisation to address such inappropriate behaviour.
