The Annual General Assembly (AGM) will take place on 22-23 August (Friday and Saturday). We anticipate your participation!
Debate Topics
This year we'll discuss about (1) MSF and Social Media; (2) MSFHK Vision in 10 years: Strategic Orientations and (3) New Health and Humantarian Aid Actors/Landscape - The Regional Respective (Philippines Case Study). 
The final agenda and relevant information will be sent to all members in due course. 
Live Streaming
For members who cannot attend our meeting physically, we will have online live streaming for the whole agenda. Distance is no longer a issue and you can engage in our discussion by dropping immediate comments. There will be interaction between the online participates and the people present in the meeting. Login details will be provided later. 
Calling for Board Candidates
We will need to to re-elect or replace 4 board members at the AGM as they are reaching the end of their mandates. You are encouraged to consider this valuable opportunity to become a candidate to the Board of MSF Hong Kong. You may contact me or any existing Board member for further details. Board candidates must submit a motivation letter and their CV on or before 21 July 2014.
Motions Submission
All members have the right to raise motions at the AGM. Motions approved by the members at the AGM will be carried forward by the Board, who will report back in the next AGM on the outcomes or recommendations. Deadline for submitting motions is also on 21 July 2014.
Membership renewal
You are kindly reminded to renew your membership by paying up the membership fee of 2014. Members who has renewed his/her membership are entitled to vote at the AGM so please make sure you would exercise your right this year.You can use the Credit Card Payment Form to pay your membership fee by credit card.
