OCB HR Strategic Orientations 2020-2023

Dear Colleagues,

I’m very glad to share with you this final version of the OCB HR strategic orientations for 2020-2023 (long and short version)!

   

A French version will follow soon.

This strategy has been presented during our B&O and HR days, and webinars will be organize in the coming days for the field colleagues and those who missed the previous presentation.

It’s has been an intense but also a very interesting and fruitful process with a lot of inputs form the different units and stakeholders of the OCB HR department. I want to address again a big thanks to everyone who has participated in the definition of this strategy !

I believe the outcome will be an helpful guide for all of us. During this participatory process, we realize how diverse the activities of the HR in OCB are and how rich and ambitious are our objectives for the next 4 years ! That’s why, to ensure a proper follow-up of those objectives and to ensure we will deliver what we commit to, we will work with a dashboard with the specific objectives of the department – more info to come soon.

As we evolve in a changing environment, we see these documents as dynamic, in the way we could need to adapt them if the context of our operations or if the HR needs would drastically change. We will go through it during our yearly B&O process.

Last, I want to thank Beatrice Barbot for her big work in coordinating of the drafting process and Eva Kongs for editing the document.
