Prevention of Sexual harassment and abuse of power

The issue of sexual harassment, abuse of power and behavioural issues in the humanitarian sector are in the spotlight.

MSF promotes a working environment free of harassment and abuse. Our leadership has unequivocally committed to fight abuse and to reinforce mechanisms and procedures to prevent and address it. This includes enhancing grievance channels at all levels of the organisation, and supporting victims and whistle-blowers.

How do we manage the cases?
What are the mechanisms in place for victims or witnesses?
What are the challenges?
