South Africa: Sanou 2019

The Sanou training session was delivered on the 22nd to the 24th of May 2019. The primary purpose of this training edition, as part of the Sanou plan for 2019, was to train people from the Joburg Office (16 participants) and from the Mission, Tshwane Project (5 participants). The facilitators each delivered 2 modules, applying more/less all the training methods at their disposal; Power-Point presentation (lecture method), group exercises, role plays, games, movies, etc.

Each module took between 2.5 to 3 hours (with the usual breaks in-between) and the modules were delivered in their usual order.

Read more on the evaluations of the training, in the attached document below.

If you have a story and some pictures to share from the Sanou in your mission, please send an e-mail to InsideOCB@msf.org/asso.intern@joburg.msf.org.
